BS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) melting point is slightly lower than ordinary torch on felt, It is also thicker and easier to work with. When the correct amount of heat is carefully applied by one of our experienced roofers, the finished result transforms an old blistered and cracked shabby looking roof into a tidy, traditional and more pleasing flat roof, we even offer a variety of colours. * Tweed * Green * Charcoal
Depending on the system you choose we can guarantee your roof anywhere between 12 – 25 years. Even though a guarantee may expire this does not mean your new roof will suddenly start leaking, far from it! You can generally expect around 30+ Years.

Insulated using 100mm Celotex or Kingspan -Slabbed insulation cut to size and fitted between 6×2 joists. Then 18mm OSB3 Roofing PLY fixed in place.
Torch on SBS- This is the 2nd layer, the 3rd layer is a 4.5 kg mineral Cap sheet.
